i m gonna miss having lessons
i mean it!

i mean, we ve got all this great teachers this year:

ms ratulangi i'l l miss her cute transparencies with all the cute pictures from some inspiring book thing and i'm gonna miss those email phrases and the way she'll come up to you and go "are you okay? you look so pale!are you stressed?" ahaha. and then she'd recomend that we all go to sleep by 10pm and chase us offline. and i 'll miss her buying those yummy cakes and we'd all sing a birthday song really quickly combining the months, ahaha. and then we'd always be laughing and she'd always ask
why we're laughing and to tell her coz she wants to laugh tooooo.
gawd, i'll miss having her as a form mistress >.<

mr teh I;ll miss his weird math analogies!!! ahaha his monkey story about angles of elevation and depression and his cat square minus dog square! sniff. and his endless supply of chocolates which he'd carry around in an NTUC plastic bag! and of course his little containers and the bucket of water. and and and his HIPSTER PANTS!! ahaha. mr teh rawks mann.

mrs tan ayeling ohho... i 'll miss her incessant nagging! and she's such a good science teacher! on the first lesson i still remember that i felt so.... enlightened. ahaha. and she's so funnie! always making us laugh and always ALWAYS nagging at sonn for sleeping in class. hehehe. she's too tooo smart- she knows bout so many things! even outside of her area of expertise. and the way she went all "you know, i hate doing revision" ahahaha,. priceless.

ms shanthi ahhhhh we've had her for 2 years! TWO YEARS! sigh. i 'll miss her talking bout her life when she was in new zealand(i think) and how she told us how she avoided people at night by walking funnily. heh heh. and and and the way she'd mouth the words "good morning ms shanthi" when we greet her. hahaha. never really knew why she did that though.

mrs sharon tan her weird comparisons! and they way she'd bring in her little jar of sweets when she gives back any geog test and hand them out to those who got distinctions. hehee. ahh, sweets. ^__^ and the way she'd tell us about the natural landscapes in places or countrues that she's been to though she has forgotten WHEN she actually went.ahaha

xie laoshi I'll miss the way she's so lenient with our class! gawd she must have the patience of a saint to be able to put up with us. and yet she still carries on and prints worksheets and all that ke4wai4 stuff for us to expand our vocad. she's one dedicated teacher :))

FRIDAY (last last week.)

last exam of the YEAR! i mean, last TWO exams. hcl and arthist.
oh joy.
studying for both papers was a killer. yeesh.
but i studied more for hcl, since however hard i study, i never get above 70. NEVER. all cos' of the stupid sentence making section. and the cloze passage. i swear our teacher purposely makes those sections harder.
evil woman.
anyway! hcl was pretty ohkay. just that i screwed up in the senyencing part. i couldnt remember the meanings of 3 outta 5 questions. gee. so i just... kinda made up some sentences. AHAHAHAH. no doubt that they're SO gonna get me marks. oh well.

arthistory was easier. considering that i studied bout 45 mins before the exam. AHAHA. although i didnt do really well at the last part. coz i have no freaking idea what conceptual art is all about. so i just drew some crap thing. hehee. i can already predict the outcome of the paper. a borderline pass.
anyways, after the paper we all celebrated. ITS THE END OF THE EXAMS! wheee. rachel wanted to scream and shout for joy. too bad ther were lessons going on. har. went home after that. guess i didnt really feel like going out.

SATURDAY

went out with krys in the morning to orchard to do our usual before-cath-class-shopping. hee. just that today's theme was exams-are-over-celebrating-screw-the-results- kinda thing. hehehehee. bought a present for sonia- mini multi coloured clips and furry scrunchies. foongyee- totebag with some cute bottle motifs and a 37d teeshirt. which said: stress is when you wake up screaming and you realise that you havent fallen asleep.

its getting me all stressed.

so anyway. we were too early for cathclass. blame my overestimation of the amount of time needed to reach there from orchard. baaaah. so we just loitered around.

after cath i went to orchard AGAIN. this time with alessa for sonn's bday dinner. it was so so so so so so fun! i went with alessa down to marche and met with sonn, mae, mabel and eunice. val and evelyn were at HMV. and they refused to come down. ahaha. and uni was late. so were nic and prem and gill. but we all had a great time. i shared sambal stingray with evelyyyynnnnn :) yumm. and we all chipped in to reserve a whole oreo cheesecake with candles and all for sonia. secretly. so anyway we distracted her while val brought in the cake. OMG SHE DIDN DROP IT!!
im mean.
and they didn drop the plates either!!!
just that they forgot the cutlery. -.-"
sonn was so touched. she went round the table hugging all of us. and we sung the happy birthday song with the neighbouring 2 tables, one of said neighbouring tables was also celebrating someone's bday. just that they were much older and were collegues rather then classmates, and that one of the dude, adrain i think, could twist his lower arm 360 degrees and had fun showing it off. ahaha. it was..... scary. so anyway, sonn dropped the bomb on us. she's migrating nxt year to australia.
BOOM.
i'll miss her! i mean, she's been my classmate for EIGHT YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!

the after that we took a walk out. and wanted to take photos but took bout half an hour to get round to it. ahahaha
so we got someone to take the pic for us. i swear we were acting like tourists.




SUNDAY

went for 11am mass in the morening with alessa. couldn't sit with krys coz she had to stick with her parents. so anyway i went out with my grandma and foongyee to paya leba. paya leyba. paya lebah. (spelling!!??) to shop. at the humongous this fashion outlet is. hee. hee. not that i dont like this fashion but most of their clothes are more suited to.... the chinese orientated people. ahaha. not that im not chinese! but but but. ahh nvm. you get my drift. so after bout three hours of trying on stuff i bought a black tee with some gothic design on it and a denim pleated skirt. which wasn't all that short. if not mama would kill me. ahaahaa. not that i like short short skirts that much. i like.... SHORTS. ahaha. namely the school PE shorts. after that, i went to the vcd shop and got my F.I.R. cd.
and anime vcds.teehee.
i think im obsessed.
my grandma paid for them. even though i fully intended to use my own money. she just insisted that she pay for me and shoved me away. it happens all the time i go out shopping with my grandma or aunts in fact. they always pay for every single nitty thing.
it gets annoying sometimes. makes me feel guilty.
so anyway i took the mrt to braddell with my grandma and she drove me home.


MONDAY

went to the gym at bishan with alessa and val. i met val along the way on the bus. alessa was late.
no suprise there.
maria should be more punctual!!!
so anyway we went on the bicycle cycling movement things first since other people were hogging the treadmills. it was TIRING. my poor poor muscles. ahaha more like fats. anyway, when we did get onto the treadmill it was kinda scary at first, but i got used to it after awhile and could jog without grabbing onto the handles.
what an accomplishment. hahaha
anyway my mum came after yoga to check on me. and more precisely the gym. gill couldnt come coz her mum thinks that gyms are full of gays and pedophiles.
uhh.
so we had this problem with the abdomenal machine thing. i was playng around with it then this secondary school guy came up and just stood by and watched. and i was like: err. do you want to use this machine? and so he did. and i couldnt use the machine.

ahahaha. val and alessa commented that he didn actually need to go to the gym at all since all his muscles seemed to be intact. heh
val embarrassed herself. not gonna write it out.
ahahahaha
the shower was the Therupetic . and alessa just HAD to sing.
sigh.


TUESDAY

went out with prem and nic. a kind of study-buddy outing. heehee. i was kinda late too. oops. so anyway we went to cine first to BK to grab a bite to eat. prem had some meal while i just took cheesesticks.
ahh, cheesesticks.
so anyway nic was feeling kinda upset because of SOME STUPID IDIOT WHOM I SHANT MENTION HERE. i ll just refer to him as.............. mook. yep. so anyway we just talked to her, chatted and all. tried to make her feel better- dont know whether i succeeded or not. i hope so. not that good at comforting. i wasnt born empathetic. oh well. so anyway we went to watch a movie. flipped a coin twice, both times deciding on white chicks. so we ended up watching ouija board.

prem was clutching on to me the whole time and screaming and i barely watched the film at all coz i just covered my eyes. nic just sat watching all the way and laughing at some patrs.
sometimes, i wonder about that girl.
prem and i were freaked out and nicole had fun teasing us. ahaha. and the sec ones who were behind us. so we walked tlo heeren marche coz we kinda had a craving for sweet stuff. tiramisu, strawberry cheesecake and caramel banana crepe. yumm. except for the caramel banana part.
we split the cost in the end. heehee. after that we kinda left heeren and walked to ngee an city. i wanted to go to kino. HAHAHA. as usual. i bought my yu yu hakushou #4. number five came out but i decided not to buy it yet. its called MODERATION. ahaha. im talking crap again.
went home at bout 5 plus on 54.


WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY

back to school. got all the resluts back- i didnt do as well as i wanted to.
sigh. damn the results.


SATURDAY

went to school earrrly in the morning. bout 8. trained with jaslyn, christabel, mel, val., shunli and liling. pat had some house thing and savvie overslept. uni was at her grandparents'.
it was really fun! i havent trained in a long time. i miss training.
after that at bout 10, i left my netball with them to continue while i went to class to meet gill to do the banners. swathi came to help too. the cheerleaders were using the classroom as well so it was really noisy and..... cheery. hehe. our banners rock! 2/1 reigns.
after their training, my netball was all.... brown. sniff. my poor poor new official netball.

straight after school, i went home to bathe and change and go for cath. able gave me that LP souvenir thing he got from the concert :D:D:D:D:D. THANK YOU ABEL! ahaha. krystle tried to take it from me. heh. its MINE. (evil laughter).Lisa forgot to plan the class. she was going through some inner turmoil. so, she kinda shared her "life story" with us. its tragic. shant write it down coz of breach of her privacy. anyway! then we planned for a cathclass bbq. she told us that we were having it on a saturday so we could get drunk, and what kinda beer we wanted.

ahaha. i bet she forgot that we're only a bunch of 14-year-olds.
oh well.
the guys forgot to remind her about that. they were too busy debating on carlsberg versus heineken.

was just on friendster. looking through my ole' primary school mates profiles and testimonials. my "best friends" are still best friends. huh. (mirthless laughter). always meeting at heeren marche for lunch or sthng. and i dont even talk to them anymore.oh well. its saaad. i hated primary 6 quite a bit. ahaha. maybe coz i didnt really fit into the group. like none of the many groups which made up the class. i only enjoyed being a prefect though. before i lost my tie. ahaha. i loss it twice. oops. and i always went to mrs neidu or mrs lim to get it replaced. hey it wasn't my fault!
mehh.
i read the testimonials they right for each other. like the "ner-kerry-aud-jean-cher" thing. and i wonder.
if i ever had any real friends in higher primary years. heh.

thats what struck me most after we all split up after p6. already before the postings, i was kinda quarrelling with them on the schools.
one chose rg
another chose cedar
and yet another chose chung cheng
and another chose mg
they're all good schools. higher ranked than ij. and that's why they went anyway.
because they were too ashamed of telling others that they're from ijtp.
you know, the "les school".
whatever. that mite be a sweeping statement, but heck it.
we're not les. we're just really loving people.
and we're not afraid to show those that we love that we actually care.

nahh. i dont like human geog. i just have this uncanny ability to be able to memorise the geog stuff. i do better in history though. oh well.

i dont wanna do full lit coz i dont score well.
and im irritated coz there's a subject that i study hard for but am unable to do as well as i want.
or maybe its because i set my expectations too high. but is it a bad thing to do that? i mean, ive gotten a 22/25 before. its not impossible to do so again.

anyway. i think im one of the only ones in my class going to 3/3. ms ratulangi sed that based on the rankings i'd secure a place in any class that i want to go to. even triple science.
but i cant go to trisci
coz of aep. and because of the three pracs a week.
oh well. it seems kind of wasted though.
but i wouldn't drop aep for anything- coz that;s the time when at least 1/5th of my classmates would be in the same lesson.

its depressing just thinking about it.
