FRIDAY
was lazing around the whole day watching vcds on my comp :D
till bout 5 plus, left for auntie kwan's hse for yet another gathering. rachel, her sisters, anne and jp were all lazing on the couch watching wheel of fortune and snacking on doritos. anne finished the dip. ahahahaa. whisky is sucha cuuuuuttteeee dog!! but he s so huge and stinky! still cute though. he got the most attention since he was in the living area instead of the back with nanook and lucky. jp invited us up to his room to laze since shenn was already up there playing soma naruto fighting rpg game. ITACHI!!! xD ahahaha. jp had loads of posters from naruto, final fantasy and fma on the walls. never knew he was an anime fan. well then we played card games sonce there wasnt much else to do than eat downstairs. daidi and bluff was fun. anne cant bluff. ahahahaaaa. rachel and jp did some card tricks as well. jp's from some magic trick book he referred to. heh. we played this racing car game too on the ps2 projected onto the wall. i got lost -.-". judith had to continue the race from me. TEEHEE. no crazy taxi though. too much crazy taxi aint good for health.
we ended up having a second dinner ( third for anne.) cum supper after a while of card-playing. HAHAHA. oh well. we were feeling peckish. mrs kwan was kinda happy that jp was actually talking to us and well... socialising. when we all come to visit usually he would be on the comp or teaching my bro how to play some new ps2 game. oh well. maybe o levels change pple.
just a thought.




SATURDAY
left the house at around three for costa sands. not a very good impression though since the place was swarming with pple and the chalets were small. poof. no one was there except for the host and their kids. simone kept bringing this HUGE basket of junkies and telling me to chose. awwww!! the cuttie!! his bro, shaun, carried out plastic bags of stuff too. sweets.... chocolates.... -drools-. but i only took a twisties packet. im not a pig!. hohoho.
anyways. took a walk around the chalets and out into the beach area. bought ice cream. sweet corn ice cream, heeheehee. the beach was FILTHY! full of dead crabs ><. shenn kept using twigs and poking them. -.-. i d admit that it's intriguing but you dont have to keep on disturbing some dead creature! TSK. too influenced by my dad.
along the way, my father bought thios paper kite from some store by the bicycle track. he and shenn flew it up higggghhhh. i watched from afar. wasnt feeling too good. CRAMPS. if you get my drift. anyhoww, it flew pretty high up! bout 200 metres. i would have laughed if the kite got stuck in the bigggggg black cloud drifting up there. but it didnt. BORING! ahahaha. maybe it would have triggered rain. -imagines
my mom and i headed back to the chalet first since those GODOKES, aka my brother and father, decided to reel the kite in then fly it again. and again. i guess they got hooked on the "joys of kite flying".
when we ( my mom and i) got back, more pple had arrived already. the host's neighbour and kids, and my grandparents were already there. so they sat down with my mom's cousins and started conversing in cantonese. -.- GEE. leave the younger generation out will ya? but i did kinda understand wad they were saying, having listened to pple speak in cantonese my whole life. i just cant... speak in cantonese. -shrugs

anyway. simone is so cuteee!!! ahahahaha but he really is!!! i was bored so i decided to doodle on my testpad paper with cleancolours. so he came along and started doodling with me and my immediate cousin ( timothy, who can draw really well considering that he s only 6) then the host's neighbour's kids came and wanted to doodle too. so we were all doodling and now my teatpad is GONE and my markers have all either ran outta ink or have been MUTILATED. ahahahaha. oh well. T-T thats what you get for drawing with little kids. but one of them ( besides simone) was sooooo cuuuttteeee!!! i dunno what her name is. but shes... 6 next year? and she was sitting next to me on the floor and asking me to draw all sorts of things. but her older sister was damn annoying. kinda like shaun. HAHAHA. -grins. anyways. the lil girl was like " i ll tell you a secret!!" and i was like " ok!!" then she whispered into my ear " i looooove you youre my friend!! dont tell anybody k?" AWWWWWWW.

the chalet ended earlier than i thought it would, and i went home at around 11 plus. instead of the usual 2 am? and i didnt even get to see cedric, cerine (carine?) or clara. eeeeesh.
we were leaving and THE lil girl was waving and waving. and then she looked at my bro and was like " is thata your brother? i thought it was your sister!!" in that cute, innocent tone. SISTER. ahahahahahah!!!! then in the car my bro asked my mum to cut his hair shorter so he would look like a boy. HEH.






SUNDAY

was out the whoooooooollleee day since 9am. went to charcoal, tongs, wiremesh etc etc from the... huge minimart near my house. then went home first to bathe and change and go for mass.
after mass, went to uni's hse to drop off the charcoal ets but uni wasnt home from mass yet. so, my parents decided to go check out the show flats and snoop around the proximity for a bit.
anyhow, went to uni's hse, dumped the load off and changed from my "mass gear". hopped off to united square and saw the cutest cutest most ADORABLE puppy!!!!!!! -squeals
but it really was adorable!!
anyway, both of us entered the supermarket and started scouting for the cookable items. we seemed so... auntie-ish. anyway! randall arrived late so in the meantime we were looking around the chicken area debating on which chicken to buy. bwweeeee.
in the end the trolley was quite happily full and we went to the checkout counter. uni forgot to bring her fifty! -.- GROANS. she left it in her handbag. ahahaha. oh well luckily we three had enough money to chip in first.
we got back to uni's hse through her mom's car which was ( thankfully) parked at united square since she was there with uni's sis.
so we got to the house and ate luch first. we cant work on an empty stomach! ahahaaa. so when we finally got round to start marinating ( after lunch, marshmellows, chocolate and some tv) uni and i didnt dare touch the raw chicken. i mean... it looked so RAW. ahahaa. so in the end randall had to do the mixing. HAHAHAA. -looks innocent- so uni and i decided not to be useless statues and boil the sausages. it all seemed fine until we decided that the sausages were kinda cooked but we wernet sure whether it was really cooked or not. so we were poking the sausages relentlessly while randall... HACKED the corn into smaller parts. ahahaha. and we forgot to but the margarine (margerine?) and uni was too reluctant to go buy the planta herself so all three of us had to go get it with her. -.-. well at least i was able to see the lil puppy again and uni was able to get her ice cream cone. with all that snacking one wonders how she stays so SKINNY. ahahaha.
so randall buttered the corn and i wrapped it in aluminium foil while uni went to sign in for the ava and bbq pit. she got annoyed at the guard since he told her to use pit one which is far far far away from the ava. -glares at the annoying security guard- so we got stacey to call the guards through the intercom phone in the house and request to change the pit 1 to pit 3 instead. by the time we had finished with the potatoes and all the marinating, sherry had already arrived, nicole, prems and gill were at newton mrt station and abel/ chewy had dropped off at the wrong bus stop and were lost. ahahaha. so i went down to get sherry, decided to walk with her to the bus stop to wait for nicole and co., and net abel and chewy on the way to the bus stop. HEE. nicole prems and gill came shortly, and were kinda... excited while crossing the road. AHAHAHA. it was kinda funny. abel was like " cross the road must scream meh" or sthng like that. prems looked ah ma-ish!! heheee. that was her aim anyway. so we all went to the bbq place. nicole was being horny. ahahahahaha. chewy was being a pyromaniac. with his zippo and lighters. abel was amused. ahahaha.
we played cards!! daidi and bluff, abel chewy 'danny' and i. hohoho. it was pretty funny. coz while playing bluff most of us had four of the same digits so whoever bluffed usually got caught. sherry was amused by my phone games and nicole and prems were being horny while skewing the chicken wings earlier on. private joke. ahahahaha. uni was being horny too. TSK. you horny people.
some.... other pple came too. though i dont exactly know their names. part of the "sji group" which hung out at the bbq pit while the "cath high" group went to the ava.
and the main purpose of this bbq was to get everyone to socialise and get to know one another.

gill vanessa and i went to the ava first after eating. i wanted to slouch on the couch. :D and the air condition... NICE. hahaa. we tried to get the players started to watch shrek and all. but it wouldnt power on! vanessa was inda frustrated since its the same vcd player she has at home i think. anyway. after quite a bit of struggle. she realized that the problem was that the main power switch wasnt switched on!!! AHAHAHA. hilarious. we felt so stupid. but! at least we were able to get the player working and watched shrek for a while. until we got infiltrated and then pple started watching HORRO MOVIES. yiperss. gill and i went out to the poolside instead and sat down with val, alessa, nicole and uniee. and then they started tying to pull each other into the pool. val and uni decided to jump into the pool. ahahaha. so in the end everyone was in the pool in their shorts and tees cept for gill vanessa and i. coz gill was wearing pants, vanessa didnt want to get wet, and i just recovered and didnt have any intention of getting sick again. so i sat with gill on the ledge of the pool and ALMOST got pushed into the pool by some crazy person. ahahahaha anyway he didnt succeed in pushing us into the pool . heeheee. but we got wet anyway thanks to the pple already wet in the pool. gee, thanks. but since we were already wet it wouldnt do any harm to get wetter. in the end we all trooped to the jacuzzi, nicole was already in her bikini so uni val and alessa decided to just HECK IT ALL and take off their tees and let it dry while they soaked in the pool. gill vanessa and i had to keep watch and ward off guys. ahahaha. binni walked towards us and they all ducked into the pool so he sorta covered his view and quickly walked away. ahahahaa. not long after another guy came along and quickly turned away. -.- GUYS. ahahahahaha. it was so funny to watch though. anyway when we had enough pool-ing around we got up to go take our shoes and found them GONE and the guys sitting at the other table trying to look innocent. -glares- ahaha. nicole found them..... hidden near some lily plants. poof. gtg bake pinaapple tarts now. will continue laterr.

FRIDAY


woke up early. slouched around and watched some tv. hehe.

met damian and abel at bishan mrt station at bout 1132. 2 minutes late. oops. my ez link took up 10 bucks. sheesh. anyways, met grace after a while and we got on the mrt.
took it to raffles place. gosh. the exits are so confusing. too many. but we figured out in the end, thanks to the map and the signboards. exit G> boat quay. lisa works there and we were supposed to meet her at 12 at macs. anyway! we found macs. the entrance was rather dingy and cramped up in the alleyway. an open alleyway. pretty quaint. we trooped upstairs and wanted to sit at the couch booth but all three were taken. heh. so we sat on a six seater instead. two extra seats- one for lisa and the other for damian's ultra large bag. ahaha. to put all the presents they bought since they were gonna wrap em laterr. one wonders how come damian was carrying everything and abel didn have any bag at all. how can someone survive without a bag. ahahaha. oh well. lisa was late. we had all eaten when she arrived. and the place was jam packed with a large group of cheenafied little kids. all speaking mandrin. nt that i have anything against mandrin. i think it was some chinese centre lunch outing. i pity the teachers. ahahaha.
so in the end damian had already planned everything out and wrote it down in minute print on foolscap. gosh. we all had to squint to read it. so in the end we ended up gossiping with lisa more han planning anything much. and aunty liz's bbq on the 28th crashed out plans for a three day two night chalet. tch.

anyway. it started raining heavily and we were all stranded at macs. thank god for the kind hearted mcdonalds people who willingly took out umbrellas and sheltered us stranded pple to the mrt station. heee. SUPPORT MACS. ahahaha. but we were stranded at macs for quite a long time, debating whether to run or to be sheltered. but since we werent sure of how far away the shelter really was, we decided to just let them shelter us. teehee.

said goodbye to lisa. she had to go back to work. and we wandered around looking for an atm machine for dbs/ posb for grace since she wanted to draw some money. to buy sunglasses to cover her swollen lower eyelids. coz abel was exaggerating on how noticable it was. -.-
bleehhhh. so we walked around in the rain. didnt get that wet though. found her atm machine but she wanst sure how to operate it. anyway. abel and damian crowded round her while she was drawing money. abel looked suspicious- trying to peer at her pin code. ahaha. probably to get money for his terrorist organization. HAHA. anyhoww. we couldnt couldnt find nice sunglasses at watsons near by, just this huge tub of hair wax. heh. abel and damian are VAINPOTS! too obsessed with their hair -.-. looking at thier reflection even at the reflective surface of the office lobby, tchh. ahahhaa. was pretty amusing though, and guys think that we girls are the vainer gender, HURR.

in the end we took the mrt to bugis and walked around the departmental store for a bit. abel and damian sprayed some deodrant from the tester bottle for fun. much to the displeasure of the salesperson. ahahaha. walked to bugis village. was still drizzling. we got grace's sunglasses! ahaha finally :x.

then went to orchard. before that had to switch trains at city hall though. and grace went to plaza sing to meet her friend. so i went to heeren marche with abel and damian and met vanessa and nicole and nicole's choir junior there. helped wrap some presents. ahahaha. they make wrapping presents sound like such an impossible feat to accomplish.

walked around heeren after that. did a bit of christmas shopping. abel and damian left halfway so i continued shopping with nic and "danny". heh. met unie after a while at the second hand bookstore where nicole and i were browsing through the dc comics. found some cool watercolour art. the story is a bit weird but the art is NICE. wheeeee. nicole bought her prostitute story book and many many daredevil comics.

we're happy people.

in the end, stayed out in orchard eating at bk till bout nine. was sneezing again. TCHH. but heck.

came home from perth!! perth rocks. maybe i ll migrate there next time :) or go study there! ahaha. the weather was NICE. although its summer and the sun is hot, the wind is COLD. so you cant walk out in shorts and tee and get all sweaty. but oh well. who s complaining?

after i came back with an extra luggage of shopping (heehee)
came home and zonked out for a bit before wrapping some presents. went out at bout 3 to meet prems and nicole at bishan mrt station. went to wisma and changed my suddie dollars to sing ones then went to mango at isetan. it was so crowded! and stuffy too. prems saw a skirt she liked so she tried it on and bought it. hohooooo. met alessa outside isetan then headed to tcc. danny and unie were already there. had coffee. caffeine was good. ahaha!! wells i hafta go to some stupid bbq now. will try to continue laterr. tchh.
