lets see. saturday was just pure madness.
s
i woke up with a stuffy nose and sore throat, perfect excuses to not attend the PSL meeting in school at 9 bloody am. anyhooow! packed clothes and dumped toiletries into my nice green and black striped poser bag (:D)
went to church at bout 1045+ with mom, since she had an art ministry meeting anyway.

jude wasnt there yet, neither was the rest, and the room was locked -.-
hanged around the art ministry atelier till we got in.
ben and al were late -.-

retook pictures for the confirmation slideshow then hung around eating my lunch, courtesy of damian. and then went into the main church and sat in our assigned rows. the rehersal was SO BORING. isabel and i were stoning and well, stoning throughout the entire thing, even while standing. moo. and they got our row's places mixed up! gee.

THEN. while everyone (well, almost everyone) went for the 100%PURE talk thingo, i escaped into the legion room where amy happily gave me several odd jobs to do and i happily did them, happily skipping out on the talk :D :D

stuck up the RCIC/RCIY pictures and posters on the boards for their recruitment drive (with the help of stella who rolled the blutack into nice little balls for me) and then helped to type something out on the comp. nothing else to do after that cept to stone so i stoned, ate a pear, played some spider solitaire on the comp, stoned summore till bout 5 15 when the RCIC/RCIY sponsors trooped down and joined me at the booth.

used up a box a tissue paper in the process. bloody flu.

after that was done, we all headed to the auditorium for youth cafe. sat down at a joint table and stoned while waiting for the rest to come up. prem and her friend vanessa came! YES. finally some support from non-holyspiriters. THANK YOU FOR COMING! and theeeeeeen we had spaghetti and played "pictionary". our group won some chocolate cake. no surprise we won since the person supposed to be DRAWING, ie the one with the answer, was the one shouting out the answers. haha! we are such a bunch of cheaters xD

watched the video. was sneezing really bad and my tissue was like. vanishing, SO, vanessa ran to guardian and bought me panadol. THANK YOU VANESSA! and amy paid for it. THANK YOU AMY! so yes. went back to 0303 to sleep a bit. was really cold so i used damian's nice squishy stussy jacket. THANK YOU DAMIAN!

so yes. felt better after some panadol and music and rest. went with andrew to get some drinks and food. he bought me shaker fries and also bought nuggets for the rest of the people. THANK YOU ANDREW! and i felt much better after getting some fresh air. so anyhow, went to bathe with al krys and vanessa. used half of al's towel since i forgot to bring my own. THANK YOU ALESSA!
After the shower, i realised that there was some odd rash on my eye. HMM. and my hair was wet and i was sneezing so i kinda bent down under the hair drier to get it a little drier. rash was disturbing- i looked like some mutant lah. ahaha. sooo, decided to take a walk and drink lots of water. joel was going to the sotre and offered to buy me some eye lotion thing, THANK YOU JOEL! But!rash got worse so vanessa and joel registered my name for a doctor's appointment immediately. al went up to get wallets while krys stayed on. THANK YOU KRYSTLE!
went there, consulted the doctor and he gave me a jab. at first i was rather apprehensive about the injection -flashback to p1 when i CRIED and SCREAMED coz i was afraid of getting an injection until my teacher had to calm me down and let me sit on her lap for the injection-
ancient history aside, the jab was ohkay i guess. ear piercing is hurts much much more. really.

called parents after the visit to the doctors, dad was pissed and insisted on bringing me home straight away. could hear him speaking/shouting from the phone, even though i was speaking to mom.
so anyway! they came and i had to leave, very reluctantly. mom reprimanded me in the car. dad kept quiet- i think he mellowed down a bit during the journey. i was half asleep and but i heard my parents words clearly. i know that they were really worried and that well maybe i should have called them before seeing the doctor's but hey. i trust my friends. and i was just tired and sore and well, highly agitated because my mom would shutthefcukup about being responsible etcetc because i REALLY REALLY wanted to stay over with everyone and like. have fun before confi and it was just ruined so anyway. yes.

reached home, had a bit to eat and took my medication. used shenn's phone to call al about my stuff and then my dad came in to check on me and all. slept throughout the night. ahhhhh sleeeeep.


woke up rather early. then ironed some clothes and headed for church (again). holy spirit is my second homeee. helped out at the booth a little then went for mass with the rest. watched white chicks in the auditorium while eating beehoon goreng (<3!) and coughing and sniffling with clare, my fellow flu-infected friend. hahaha. helped them pack up the auditorium, nothing much happened except the fact that the TV fell, unfortunately on adam's foot and one of his toes broke. OUCH.
anyhow. met the parents in church (they had some art ministry thing) then went home. slept on the couch.

went for dinner with the family. the sharks fin soup was goooood. i hope it was synthetic =/

i have not updated for quite some time. reason being, laziness got the better of me.
oh well.
my entire week has been spent in town. orchard has literally become my second home. maybe i should just pack up and set camp behind cine at the skate park. it ll be so convenient.

i realised that i havent been doing much work throughout these past two months, despite having been motivated to study EVERY NIGHT at the beginning of the hols. =/ OH WELL.

cant turn back time now. i'll just have to pick myself up from where i left off and refresh everything i studied for the eoys. i guess this grounding will do me more good than harm. lalala.

i shall ignore the fact that it HUNG on me last night because i plugged it into the comp then plucked the wire out rather brutally. =/

oh, whatever.

i received a nice card from my friends in fukuoka. its this card thing, where there are two doors and when you open it, a typical japanesa house with a girl in a kimono playing the gu zheng(or whatever its called in japanese) pops out! gosh, i do love pop-up cards.
so then, i felt utterly guilty for not sending them a letter or card in the six months since the trip, although constantly thinking about sending one over.

it's the thought that counts, right? =/

maybe i ll post over a nice pop-up chinese new year card. one which isnt all the cheena, that is.
