i'm tired. i'm sleepy. but i cant bring myself to go to bed because i have no firm grasp of binomials yet and i really, really really dont have the time to finish 5 A3 bloody sheets of prep work for aep on friday, not to mention memorising the entire lit book and differentiation of lg and ln, plus everything physics and the entire history of asian art. i have absolutely no bloody idea how im gonna complete all of this. im so stressed that, ironically, im at total peace with myself despite the seriousness of this predicament im in. such is this inane detatchment from everything; this constant urge to just to hell with it all and throw it out of the window.  i just want to curl up and sleep. tired. tired. tired. and to think that its only the mid years. not even prelims. i wonder how the o's are gonna be like. huh.

i conclude that we should have just begged ms low to place arthist mids just after english. now we're all suffering from the repercussions of that so very wise decision. plus the fact that everyone( well, almost) shoved A3 prep aside to mug for core subjects, when we clearly need more than just a few measly hours to complete all five sheets. we never do learn from past experiences =.=

i resorted to recording myself reading out the arthist notes, playing it on itunes whilst sketching out prep stuff. of course i stuck some songs in between; one can only bear with listening to monotonous droning of artlanguage for so long.

im back from, uh. lunch.

checked emaths papers today- didnt do as well. i suppose that when youre in a competitive class, it doesnt matter what grade you get: A1 IS IMPERATIVE, and that the basis for comparison is actually the quality of the a1. pffffft. in other words, i did get an a1, but im not the least bit satisfied.
i guess its back to the books for me.

math was just. KOOKY. put three high aep girls together with a blank sheet of paper and you see what you get. GRINS.

i was kind of surprised at my results. in a good way, i suppose. but still, I WANT TO DO MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER.

hence, we have decided to study in school after all the holiday lessons. every single time.
All this hype about peaking at O's is getting to me. It's very disturbing a thought that i might peak at prelims and do worse for o's. moooo.
then again, despite having this innate fear of this peaking business, im still rather skeptical about it. I want to do consistently well, and not score or "peak" as just a one-time situation under these circumstances; i dont want to reach my peak, i want to BE an SUSTAIN that peak. oh well. im rambling nonsense again. i suppose thats what happens after you watch 5 consecutive episodes of anime at one go :D

on a lighter note, I GOT AN A1 FOR LIT!!!!! THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU MS TEO!!!
My lit results have been steadily declining since sec one, then of which i could just come up with a 22/25 essay without breaking sweat, so this really REALLY is very motivating. ahhhh. after 2 long years of low Bs.

I PASSED AMATH WITH A2. THANK HEAVENS. anything but a 50 pass on the dot. i love you, differentiation and binomial. you saved my skin. hahaha

my mom bought me 6 copics today. since there was a 15% discount on them anyway. allll those pretty shades of brown. tee hee hee :3

theres gonna be school tmr. the whole, entire freaking day from 8am straight through to 330. moo =.=

Its almost like a normal school day, just that we get 1/2 hour breaks in between each subject. well, sort of.


Health checkup was super quick. i practically breezed through the entire thing in less than 25 minutes. According to the doctor, my spine degree has improved overall and has more or less stabalized, so i wouldnt have to go back for checkups anymore. ahhh. after four years im finally free these troublesome annual checkups which never amount to anything anyway. pfft. just that its one official excuse less to miss classes. oh well.

went shopping at GWC with mom after that, got two nice nice basic tops. zara and Wh. tee hee hee. cant wait for more shopping amidst all this Great Singapore Sale goodness. >:D
